Pre-Service Training
For individuals preparing to enter the classroom, our Pre-Service Incubator serves as a launchpad. Participants complete background checks, receive foundational orientation, and begin the New Teacher Training, which readies them to walk confidently into their first teaching assignment. Tailored for industry professionals transitioning into education, the incubator bridges real-world expertise with instructional frameworks, ensuring that new instructors are both credential-eligible and classroom-ready.
In-Service Training
For districts committed to long-term instructor success, our In-Service support provides monthly professional development tailored to the needs of new CTE teachers and their school communities. Designed as a district add-on, this offering includes structured coaching, implementation check-ins, and evolving compliance guidance to align with credentialing requirements and instructional demands. Whether delivered live, virtually, or through hybrid formats, our sessions help instructors navigate their first year in the classroom—focusing on practical solutions, peer collaboration, and continuous improvement. District partners benefit from stronger retention, improved instructional quality, and a direct line of support for new hires placed through our platform.
Online & On-Demand Training
For learners who need flexible access to quality content and guided support. Our online training offerings are designed to meet professionals where they are—both in time and in learning style. We provide two distinct delivery formats: Asynchronous Modules – Self-paced courses with interactive tools, downloadable resources, and practical assessments designed for independent learning. Hybrid Format with Live Virtual Sessions – Combines the flexibility of asynchronous learning with the structure and engagement of weekly instructor-led sessions via Zoom or other platforms. This approach offers maximum accessibility while ensuring that learners still benefit from guided instruction, peer interaction, and timely feedback.
Coaching & Virtual Mentorship
For professionals who want tailored feedback and deeper transformation Offered as an add-on or stand-alone experience, our coaching sessions give participants personalized support as they apply new tools, lead projects, or refine their instructional practice. CTE New Teacher Launchpad

Education Media’s CTE New Teacher Launchpad equips industry professionals with the essential tools to confidently enter the classroom. This pre-service series bridges the gap between subject matter expertise and effective teaching through a sequenced set of interactive, standards-aligned modules. Each course is designed to help new instructors develop strong instructional foundations, build inclusive learning environments, and connect students to real-world career pathways.
